The practice is now unable to process urgent medical requests or medical requests for new symptoms or changing symptoms using this form. Routine appointment requests, medication queries and admininstrative requests can still be submitted through our 'contact the surgery online' page. If you need more urgent medical attention please call the surgery 8am - 6.30pm or contact NHS 111 by phone or online. There is also the walk in centre at Ashford Hospital open 8am - 8pm daily.
